About the Owner Giuseppe Gallo
At a very young age, Giuseppe Gallo (also known as Joe Gallo) started into the food business with his father. His Dad Antonio Gallo was one of the prime names in the Hospitality Market in Cleveland serving some of the greatest Stars of Hollywood like Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Dean Martin, high-level Politicians and United States Presidents.
Giuseppe began in the food industry at a very young age. While attending school he worked evenings and weekends in hospitality venues learning everything about the operations.
In 1986 he purchased Agostino’s Ristorante in Brooklyn Ohio, a small 35 seat operation. In just months it became the talk of Cleveland. Agostino’s was experiencing growth of more than 205 a year. Agostino’s growth expanded over the years to 200 seats in the restaurant and a large banquet room serving up to 150 people.
Agostino’s added outside catering and became the exclusive Caterer to the Cleveland Indians at Jacobs field for 6 straight years.
Agostino’s was also a top Restaurant in Cleveland for several years winning awards for Best Italian, Best Food, Best Service, and Best of Cleveland. The New York Times exclaimed that Agostino’s was the best-kept secret in Cleveland.
Giuseppe’s operations continued to grow into a $6.5 million Dollar operations adding Banquet Halls in the Cleveland market. Annual revenues exceeded $6 million running multiple locations with managing over 200 employees.
In 2005 Giuseppe started a consulting company helping other food and beverage operations. His business supports smaller operations to full-service hotels. Helping operators streamline and improve facilities, implement employee training, update marketing strategies, institute food & labor controls, streamline products to help drive the bottom line, while drastically improving operations.
In 2014 Giuseppe saw a need for construction services for the hospitality industry.
